  you take a shift online and when you get to the place they don't matter, they have a minimum wait of 50 minutes and only one person attending. There is no indication in the place nor do they provide help for procedures added to how disrespectful the employees are

  Many years ago there were many attentive and cordial employees... now there are many who are very good and attentive in serving customers, such as the accountant and the guys who help at the cashiers. But unfortunately, the attention of the lady in position 6 leaves much to be desired. Extremely arrogant, cynical and haughty, with a bad predisposition to serve (especially women)

  Terrible organization and service! The staff does not know how to organize a line for cashier and another for self-service! Also, as other people comment, the cashiers never go around. Review the organization before coming to charge $ 20,000 for card renewal!
