  I don't know what they expect to improve the entrance area to the branch, a disaster before the pandemic and worse after the pandemic, disorganized, totally unsafe and sanitary dangerous. The manager of the branch should use the service like any client to see what opinion he has about it.

  I went on duty, anyway they saw me 45 minutes later. The attention of Pablo, the employee, was excellent, very polite, the problem is that he presented two requests, one was solved, but unfortunately the other was not. The employee told me that in two days he would call me for the answer, but 20 more business days have passed and neither the call nor the solution arrived. My phone is fine, I asked him to repeat it just in case. For this I only put three stars, the attention deserved five.
