  ATMs are a disaster, few bills and most of them are rejected. People are on average more than 10 minutes and without being able to deposit what is necessary. There are more than 30 people waiting, even on the street, and even though there is no one inside, they do nothing. You pay a fortune per month so they don't serve you. On top of that, the security guards don't even answer you, and they leave older people alone at the ATMs without collaborating with them.

  Bank branch located in a high traffic location. It have some parking spots on site. I had to stand in a large queue for the ATM, due only one had cash available. The ATMs don't close after 3 PM. I also used he self-service deposit machines, who were outdated, and don't allow to get cash. They must upgrade it to keep pace with another banks.

  Nobody answers the phone, nobody cares about the customers...this Bank is a Disaster!
