  Fui con turno para constituir un plazo fijo. Me pidieron pasaporte covid. Está bien pero la medida no fue para todos ya que la gran mayoría no lo presentaba. Espere 30' para que recién me dejen ingresar. Adentro del banco los empleados se paseaban sin barbijos. Llega mi turno, después de haber esperado 40' atienden a una conocida. Me terminé yendo. No iba a pedir un favor, señores. Iba a abrir una cuenta. Claramente me saqué un clavo

I went to the bank and activated it, they told me to wait for the amount to be skipped, which I never skipped...and They charged me for maintenance, I canceled wings 2 and now to get another one in another bank I have to pay yes or yes...

  They do not take care of the customer, the employees are very arrogant. Even the security officer on the first floor treats people very badly, I include myself, he treated me too badly, he made me feel super uncomfortable, I even came to think that it bothered, it is not the feeling I want to have when entering my bank. I will choose to change banks when everything is normalized. I update a few months ago I was attended by a girl named Luciana and she sincerely made me continue to give this bank another chance, she answers my emails, helps me and has an incredible commitment to the client. If it were for the attention of this girl it would be 5 stars, but I cannot forgive the handling of other employees.

  The accountant at the branch had my 82-year-old grandmother waiting 3 clock hours for a response to a letter from the bank (which she could not answer). Neither competition nor humanity. Horror!

  I am a 25-year-old customer, today I spent an hour and a half waiting for two rejected checks to be returned to me. The lady on the first floor is very proud, luckily I have accounts in 5 different banks and I will close my business account. ONLY headache is this bench, for a whole different problem.
