  The day I went I received such bad attention that as a result of that I decided to change banks. It never happened to me that they treat a client so badly. Mainly the cashier that I got should go back to school at least. Not one employee showed interest in addition to the disrespect.

  A disaster. I explained my problem, they take out my ID and come out explaining the same problem that you just indicated and without solutions. I went precisely to have it solved since On Line you could not and nothing! I asked for permission at work, I made a kilometer line for more than an hour! where distance was not respected! and they did not solve a mi3rd-!

  The worst personal attention, I was on duty, wait and the supervisor has the worst treatment, years as a client of that bank and they never treated me so badly, before they were polite and friendly and now the woman they serve is rude with very bad manners

  Terrible attention! Too few tellers and counter clerks for the number of customers that operate. You have a minimum of 2 hours delay for anything. I do not recommend it at all
