You are answered by an answering machine that sends you to dial numbers and more numbers and those to other numbers, a representative never answers you, no matter how many times you do it! The online page is another disaster, operating there is impossible, I have never seen a bank with so many obstacles to create a password! The worst private bank in the country, makes you want to do any transaction with them!!

  They do not answer calls, I have been wanting to cancel my account and cards for a long time, I am a 68-year-old person, I live 50 km away, I have diabetes and circulatory problems, and they require me to go to the bank to deliver a checkbook, which is mine because the pay, with the risk of contagion they require me to go, meanwhile they continue to charge commissions

  Very bad attention, my wife today went to open an account and was attended by the "manager" and denied any possibility, she waited for another person to attend her and fell into the hands of Rosana, she opened the account in 5 minutes without any problem. The managers believe they are the owners of the bank and are the most useless, they only sign.

  The worst experience of my life with a bank. I could never make the debit card work, I could never register for home, (it should be noted that I work with 2 other banks and I understand something). I just want to close the account, and I can't do it either because I never got an appointment to be attended at the only branch in my city. Very bad experience.
