  I consider the branch in the city of Rio Cuarto inappropriate, the ATMs rarely work, the boxes are in a basement which is uncomfortable, dirty and risky for the elderly, children, people with reduced capacity, etc.; an elevator is not observed for such cases. The crowding of people in that small basement is unbearable, sometimes the shift screen doesn't work, I think that a bank like BBVA requires another type of premises. Rio Cuarto is a city that requires better facilities. With this comment I try to make a constructive criticism. Say hello to Roxana Elguero

  By far the best bank in town, excellent, trained and attentive staff. It is not true that the infrastructure is bad, it has comfortable banks for those who must sometimes wait for the agglomeration of people, which is logical who does not want to be a client of the French Bank?

  attention is a disaster there is no way to communicate with someone responsible I cannot pay the card in a timely manner because they put the summary delivery email wrong and nobody attends to me or informs me how to do it I call the branches and the bad way of attending to part of not responding to the claims to sell if they can bother to attend claims with justifications no. we are 400 km from any branch how do we they opened a checking account for us that we don't use and they charge us overdrafts that we don't know how to do to cancel the account I want to cancel the cards and the checking account I have to complain in the newspapers and on TV about the things they do and how they treat me?
