  Terrible service, I started a claim 3 months ago because the bank withheld my money. They send me to speak with visa and banelco (which confirmed that the bank received my money). Today I went back in person to make the claim, Andrea's response (the person who attended me) was "I don't know what happened to that claim" (which she should have made) they asked me again for all the same information. Therefore, for the 4th time I am leaving without any solution from the bank.

  Choose another bank if you still can. They don't have telephone assistance except to talk to a machine, so for any query you have to go and waste two hours of your life personally to see if they want to help you. Running away already

  They take it all, they don't reinvent anything. Terrible service, non-existent problem solving, World War II ATMs, old people are branded. They only take 40 tickets, the worst. etc etc
