  Very bad attention from the representatives. They dispatch you right away and it does not solve your procedure. They are unfriendly and do not explain anything to you.

  After months of not being able to resolve my procedure and wasting time and money, I decided to close my account. I left the balances at zero but the executive told me that she could not close it because she had made a move in the last 72 hours.   It works well upstairs (ATMs and self-services) but downstairs, the delivery of products always takes a long time, poor service and untidy

  Lousy attention from the cashier a shame that in a bank with such importance is treated with disdain and the customer is devalued
