  First of all, we would like to clarify that our bad experience is exclusively due to the security officer who was in charge of the entrance on April 29, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. He behaved as if he owned the French Bank. We made an appointment online and had to wait half an hour. After this appointment we had another problem with a cashier and we asked him for help several times. Without reaction! Such a person is really intolerable for a bank and must be replaced! We want to expressly mention that we have always had positive experiences with Banco Francés employees. The gentleman who attended us today at the bank was also very kind.

  I think that if they give you a shift at 8:30 it shouldn't be 9 and you're still crowded in line. 3 weeks later they don't send me the debit card, I start with the shift at 8:30 and the 4 employees with the cell phone until 8:40. Both the employees and the bank are ridiculous, in the 21st century I have to go back a third time after going to the post office to get my card. BBVA A SHAME
