  Unfortunately, I am a client of this bank, and I usually go 1 or 2 times a month (I try to avoid any face-to-face management), because every time I go, it does not matter if it is on the collection date or outside the collection date, you always eat more than 1 hour for one service per box... And I still don't understand their shift service system, since people who arrive after me are always served first... that is, it doesn't matter if you arrive first than others, but how you are classified as a customer at the bank (CC, CV, AF etc) .. anyway, every time I go I have to arm myself with patience...

Then I try to be irresponsible for accepting a card and never asking if I was generating expenses!!! That the bank is not a game and to finish I wanted to open a home banking and make me sign to take care of that debt.
