As always wonderful views and immaculate parks. But… 1. If costumers keep leaving bad reviews because of a WASP INFESTATION, fumigate, it’s that easy, inside and outside. It’s not like you can’t afford it with those híper inflated prices. 2. Some ambiance, play some cocktail jazz in the background or lift music. Every time I’ve come here for the past 15 years, i have asked for said thing, never obliged. 3. The coffee was extremely sweet and the food in general is nowhere near the level of the pricetag 4. Don’t take this personal….you’re not the sweet, charming old lady and that’s okay. Please please hire a host, the Sour face and bad attitude at a costumer attention business? Nah. And I’m not talking about the waiters and waitresses.

My parents remember that when they were children this place was ran by a very very nice lady. We were all very excited to go! We understood that there was a time limit to order and eat, unfortunately we felt the entire time that our large group was a bother. We hope the new owner learns to be a little kinder- you can see in the replies to the previous reviews how he will treat you. However the young woman and man that served our food were so sweet, quick, and nice. Other than them, the man that took our order seemed a bit upset with everything. Maybe just stop by for the view.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW, FRIENDLY SERVICE, AMAZING SCONS. THE COFFEE COULD BE BETTER.

Amazing sight but the service wasn't up to the price. The tea was supposed to be loose leaf but it was very obviously regular teabag tea. We ordered water and they brought us an open bottle. The salmon in our sandwich wasn't fresh at all. I wouldn't recommend it except for the view.

Incredible views, but has a limited selection of food offerings. The tea was ok. Coffee was fine. The waffle, however, was absolutely terrible. Go for the views and the garden only. In my opinion, Chiado is much better.
