  Well I see that it was my turn to receive the lousy service of the day... They forgot about us and when they remembered they were not able to serve us with a good meal. The undrinkable acidic coffee, without adequate cutlery and the old boyería... and the face that everything was fine... admirable. Manager of the place??? It seems there aren't any and the girls do what they want like not cleaning the tables, I think it's to avoid receiving new customers. We won't go anymore, I don't think they care too much either...

  I bought to go two chocolate pancakes with dulce de leche, two strips of bread and it seemed like a steal. They were small and tasteless. Throw money.

  We always go. The attention is very good!! The food is not up to par with other Brod's. Sometimes we had to complain about the sandwiches. The owner has not understood that every business survives or is successful thanks to its customers. A few days ago we had a table reserved for six. Upon arrival I found our double table occupied by a single person: THE OWNER. There were no places available. Luckily two tables became available and we were able to stay. While all this was happening, the owner of the franchise remained unmoved at what was our table for six people. I would suggest to franchise owners that they have to explain the ground rules of any business to which they expose the brand. The damage is to the brand, not the person.
