Excellent! Recommend for all, a fast and detailed trip trough the city. A good idea to overview the city and choose which places will visit with more time/details.

Quite defficient. I generally never use this kind of buses in European cities, since public transportation is quite good. Since distances for touristic places in BA are quite long and the subway doesn’t reach all of them, we bought two days, for around 40€, not that expensive in comparison. However, the service is terrible, most often than not, the audio guide didn’t work. Anyway, it’s local music 90% of the time. The actual descriptions are brief and they appear well after you pass the landmark. The worst is that most of the buses don’t have the retractable roof, so during rainy days there’s no usable room. Travelling downstairs is just like a normal bus, and you can’t see pretty much anything because of the window decorations. All in all, it’s only worth the price if you plan to visit all landmarks, including the hard to reach ones, like Caminito, or the Monumental.

Went for a tour around the city. I really enjoyed it as the language options are automatically set to the country you're from. You just have to select the number next to your country's flag.

The busses are comfortable with more than enough leg room and they stop in all the places you would want to go to in Buenos Aires. The reason for the low rating is the English audio guide is truly terrible, it speaks out of place, the timing is wrong, cuts off before finishing, passes known landmarks without saying anything and when it's talking about the right thing, the accent makes it barely understandable. When it's not babbling useless, out of context, facts with references to dates/people/landmarks that haven't been explained, the music plays the same 4 songs on repeat. BA bus, refresh the narrative, get one of your fantastic local walking guides or one of the tour guides from the Teatro Colon to do the recording, or get someone who is a 1st language English speaker without a ridiculous accent to do it, the experience will be all the better for it.

We have taken the Hop on Hop off bused around the world and have been pleased. This one was disappointing. WE picked up the bus at the port where they have a kiosk selling tickets. Believe it or not CASH only. Then we were shuttled to pick up the touring bus. The sound track is old and needs to be updated. There was a lot of music between sites instead of narratives. We took 2 circuits and when they stopped at the first stop where their main office is. Instead of telling us to get on another bus which was leaving, we sat for 25 minutes.
