  Bad administration of the orders, on multiple occasions it took more than an hour, and the last time I asked them they didn't even make the order after having confirmed it, as usual I spoke to them an hour later and they told me they had "forgotten" about prepare it because "they had many orders". It is clear that they need fewer clients to be able to work comfortably.
