  Book through Booking, they called me the day before to let me know that they over-sold the cabins and that my reservation was no longer available, although my reservation was active in the App. Having to go out on the road in a few hours, they offered me another cabin in the middle of the forest that they had not published, I accepted it. I arrived at the same one where there was no telephone reception and I found another family to whom they had rented it. When I managed to communicate with them, they told me by phone that the stove had broken in the place they offered me and that is why they had recovered my previous reservation. I didn't want to ask how it was now available. The person who attended me excused himself for the lack of notice blaming the person who was on the previous shift. They wanted to charge me a higher value than the publication and offered to pay me in cash to give me a discount for the inconvenience, the next day they canceled my reservation in Booking so as not to pay the commission to them and Booking claimed me, I had to confirm that I really had stayed and that I had not abandoned my reservation. The cabins are neither good nor bad, but they are certainly expensive for what they offer. And at least the person who attended me, Candelaria quite negligent. I would not go back.

  Very good attention. The cabins are very comfortable, they have everything you need to spend the best days in SMA. There is heating in all rooms. It is a pet friendly place so you can go with your pet. Breakfast is abundant and well crafted. They are located on a paved street and 2 blocks from the beginning of the shopping center.

  I found the hotel very beautiful! I want to highlight the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, it is also located in the center so I was able to tour the entire city in the day! We were able to sleep quietly without noise and very comfortable! I loved the hotel, I would go back for sure! Cheers!

  It is a 100% recommended place. The staff is very friendly and they solved everything we needed. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen utensils are good. The stream that runs alongside is a plus that is appreciated since you can meditate or do yoga. The location is very good. I will surely come back to this place

  Very bad service. We went because of the need for good Internet and the desire for a bathtub with hydro. They charged us for it and it turned out that there was no Internet... When we went to use the bathtub there was no plug and at the reception they blamed the cleaners and they didn't even take care of getting a plug. The cabin does not have privacy, giving the main window to a common grill and does not have curtains. Your staff does not treat the customer as they deserve
