  I went to get an appointment; They did not give it to me, nor can it be done over the internet or by phone, terrible attention. I had to ask a local policeman for help to get a shift at the bank. He recommended that I go to a bookstore on the corner that they will do it for you. I can't imagine if other branches are that lively ... A SHAME

  If I could I would give it 0 stars. The quality of customer service is very poor, compared to the Belgrano branch which I previously attended.
