::DISCONFORTIVE! I completely change the shape of my nose doing everything THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT I REQUESTED! I was x functional problems. I wanted to straighten it (since it was twisted) but not to notice the operation, keeping it in front of the finite and in profile that it be straight, since it had a small hump. He did a photographic simulation of my profile. He did not ask me for X-rays or other studies. As much as now I breathe better, I have been in therapy for 2 years for this great transformation without consent! I leave it upturned and wide, being that I EXPRESSLY asked the OPPOSITE, with some grit on the partition and the tip is still deviated! Zero contention! During the subsequent controls the explanation was that it takes a year for the nose to "settle" to see the final result. I went patiently and spent a year waiting for it to "lower the tip" and "deflate"! I did not want a radical change! It involved money, pain and the result IS IRREVERSIBLE! I was recommended but I am totally sorry for having surgery with Omar. Take good advice! Trusting the professional is not enough. A Pity! The only redeemable.
