I was alone on duty... two hours waiting... a disaster... I ended up leaving because there was supposedly only one doctor on duty and he was urgently not coming back. A lack of respect. Lots of marketing....invest in staff.

More than 40 minutes of waiting in a rescheduled shift... The three stars are for what it was before...

A DISASTER!!!!! I don't usually do reviews, but this is at the risk of their lives. I went for the first time for the administration of a corticosteroid (decadron) intravenously, and they told me that they only did it with the medical order of their own office! I had to go through a clinic so that he would prescribe it again (billing) and only then would I settle down!! Clearly the ANAPHYLACTIC REACTION due to my allergy was going to kill me sooner... Second time I go at 7:00 for a skin inflammatory reaction (coinciding with scabies) due to my profession as a veterinarian. He tells me that the duty is for emergencies, that I have to wait for the clinical doctor, until 8:30, despite everything I waited for it, the doctor on duty ended up taking care of me (there was never one on duty), I enter the office He never did a semiological exam on me, nor did he put on gloves to inspect, basic! She kept my anamnesis, I had to tell her about the medication and since it is contagious, the treatment is done with the cohabitants, she did not even inform me and when I told her, she did not do it. The worst thing is that he left for 15 minutes and gave me the prescription saying "love" (this was how he treated the entire consultation as a medical patient) go here to the private pharmacy and buy the medicines he prescribed, I can't take care of the others.... (obviously the whole cycle connected to win as much as possible) So I don't recommend it at all Emergency a 0. professional level-1

I highlight the friendly attention of the receptionists. Excellent doctors and lab care.
