  Third day in the hospital for my daughter... and the cleanliness of the room leaves a lot to be desired. The cleaning of the bathroom has not been done until now and it is a bathroom shared by 2 rooms that have 3 internees plus the accompanying family member. It doesn't have soap, if we don't ask for toilet paper they don't replace it, it doesn't have a disinfectant tablet for toilets... They just wash the floor of the room and that's it... The food today was brought cold. And they didn't leave it on the tray like they did until the day before. Rather, he left my cutlery and plates on a counter which had not been cleaned. In general, it was not the same quality of service as when I had to be in 2019. The schedule for respite from relatives is only from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. We cannot all meet that time slot. There are people who are from the area and do not have the time to arrive in such a short and strict schedule.
