  Yesterday at 8 a.m. my girl had a shift, I arrived at 7:50 a.m. and asked when I got to the line if I should stand in line to receive me and they told me yes....the doors of the room open at 8:10 a.m. we entered and the receptionists they start attending ... it strikes me that they don't receive first those of us who have a shift at 8 o'clock ... at which time my turn comes and I pass, they receive me in the back, the dentist comes out who was going to attend to my baby and He tells me "you're late, I don't know if I can help you"... I answer him as if he's late if my shift is at 8 am and I'm in line at 7:50 am and the center hasn't opened. To all this, he answers what the page tells me that you came in at 8:18 a.m. and I tell him it's not my fault that they receive everyone in line. They should call to receive those who have a shift at 8 a.m. and then the others .. which the lady asks the one who received me and she said: if she was in line and another patient told her: they receive everyone and anyone came in and they gave him a turn and we did not. .... PS: The doctor did not attend me because she said that my shift was missed, and they give them certain minutes per patient. I was attended by another, who just like that. I left disappointed. The receptionists were very rude, nor did they want to work. Bad organization ... They give you an appointment at 8:00 a.m., they open the center at 8:10 a.m. and they receive you in order of arrival in line...then when you arrive, what happened to me happens to me. I give you points...months waiting for your turn so that They treat you badly and without desire. Also, being my little girl of 6 years old, we know the fears of the dentist that they have.

  If you are lucky, a good dentist attends you, whether for adults or children, otherwise it is as if you had not gone! Now at least there are good receptionists, but calling by phone is also lucky, if they answer you they leave you on hold, as if your credit were infinite, when you manage to call back busy again! They should put two if there is so much demand! That center still needs a lot to improve, the truth is that you get bad blood, if you can afford it, better!
