Since in October of last year I went for kinesiology and it turns out that he did chiropractic work on me, where the hernia that I had ended up "strangling" it to the point that I couldn't walk and the pain was very strong. Thank God I'm better now because thanks to that "kinesiology" job I had to have an emergency operation. So be careful and inform yourself well what specialty they work and apply..

I tried the web, WhatsApp, by phone to the medical center and they don't answer. It's disrespectful to my mom who is sick!! And I personally went today... curtain down. This morning they confirmed my appointment with Dr. Cecilia Ladisa by email; After noon they send me a new email advising that the shift is suspended and that they contact me so that they give me a new shift. I'm calling and only the answering machine picks up. The attention of the receptionists is very good; but as a suggestion, some things have to be modified... Example: on March 31 I wrote to whatsapp requesting an appointment and responding to the automatic message and to date I have not received a response; Given the lack of response, I went to the website to request a shift with Dra and I get today, Monday, April 18, on said page, unfortunately the value that must be paid is not listed; then yes or if you have to call or write to whatsapp without receiving information. Today I spent all day trying to communicate and an answering machine with options pops up; then... something needs to be changed in the attention when calling; the patient's time cannot be abused. It is not the first time that a shift has been canceled and I had to go to the place to get a new shift. Now I am looking for a new doctor where the reception is faster.

  Dr. Bevilacqua canceled my mom's shift (ENT) when we were entering reception. Shift they gave him a month ago. A lack of respect. The receptionists are very friendly.
