I left and took it clear, they fixed it for me, it cost me 5,000 pesos, they left it new, until now I'm still using it, and the truth is that I lost money to CGcell with them because it cost me 3,500 for the repair they did. of the consumer does nothing, he washes his hands, I recommend that you don't go.

  I am going to contradict many comments I read, but personally I recommend it. I brought my Moto X2 and a battery that I bought elsewhere to be placed. They did it in one morning and it was impeccable. Also, they always attended me very well by email and WhatsApp.

  be careful with cgcell I took my lg phone to repair on 9/21/16 they charged me. They repaired it badly. I took it again, they never returned it to me. I went to the ombudsman and they never showed up. Now I am in court to get my phone back. they are rude and creepy... don't buy anything from them... watch out... they steal your phones

  On 03/06 I took my cell phone to this place because the screen had gone black. When I arrived, the truth is, the quality of care was very poor, they attend to you as reluctantly, well, anyway. On the 27th I received an email from a certain Cristian saying that the team was ready to withdraw. When I pick it up, they inform me verbally right there that a plate change had been made. (A few days before I had tried to call and they did not answer email or phone, so I called LG and filed a claim). Yesterday 03/28 I removed the equipment, when I got home and put the battery back, oh surprise! The equipment was AS I DELIVERED IT, that is, it does not turn on the screen is black. Today I called LG. I indicated that I had already made a claim and I passed the number of the previous claim, and I told them what happened, now I have to go to the capital to discuss my situation. The point is that these people are the worst! I don't know how they are allowed to be an official service, it makes companies look bad. They don't work, because clearly, the girl who answered me when I called LG told me that they had flashed it, that is, they had reinstalled the android, while these people from CG CELL said that they had changed the motherboard. They don't work, they don't do things, they had my cell phone for more than 10 days and they didn't even check it for sure!! DO NOT TAKE IT TO THIS SERVICE THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!
