::The room that we had had details. The standing light didn't work, had a cut wire that I had to fix. On the other hand, the steam extractor in the bathroom had a broken support so it made it work with a lot of noise and vibration. The drink that is in the fridge should have a price list or, failing that, a clearly visible sign that mentions that what is consumed must be paid for. The rest of the room, very good. To highlight the fresh smell of the towels and how soft. The bedding very good. The service has a lot to improve. Reception, DOES NOT EXIST. The physical place is there but it does not have dedicated personnel. They are the same ones who receive you and you depend on whether they are making coffee or serving at a table, so that they can attend to you later. It does not have a good control of whether you have already paid for the entire stay or if you are a consumer on account of the room. You must keep the account well and have the receipts (I don't know, relax with this, keep the account up to date). To HIGHLIGHT, the treatment of the employees (in case of any doubt) is correct and friendly, we never received a bad gesture. Regarding the kitchen service, it is slow and even very slow (they apologize, they realize). That may be due to lack of personnel or lack of organization. The value of the New Year's dinner is not consistent with the service I receive (slow, a long time between one thing and the other, little, they don't ask you if you want more bread, more water, more salad (they take your plate and They go.) It was expensive for what we received. The place is spectacular and in summary the experience is positive, I recommend that you go, you will have a good time. But keep in mind to have PATIENCE AND DO NOT RELAX WITH THE FOLLOW-UP OF THE ACCOUNT. I count my experience with respect and I appreciate the beautiful days we shared.

::Pretty bad experience. We went last night (09/10) for dinner. We were a group of 8 people. First we asked for lemonade and it was quite ugly (it was water with artificial lemon juice, but in excess), then the waiter who attended to the "cool" and threw some "jokes" out of place. Also when he offered us the menu options, he told us that there was only grill and some options from the menu, later we realized that there were more dishes available (because we saw what the other tables ordered). The dishes we ordered, without being great, were fine. We would not return.
