::It's fine, only that right now everything is overwhelmed by Covid. But I think they are well organized. The people, always the people, are the ones that make this sometimes not work, not respecting lines or schedules or order imposed by the body. I understand the situation due to Covid, but I think that health personnel are much more pressured and overwhelmed than ordinary activities and that must be understood as well.

::It's a shame that they don't report well about the swabs... we were waiting three hours and they didn't even tell us that they weren't swabbing, they just gave a false certificate... How do they know if someone is positive or not???... Like this Obviously the infections will continue... A shame
