Terrible experience. Never again there. You have to wait 8 hours in a crowded corridor with 20 other people. In the middle of a pandemic! They don't reach the chairs. Obviously, Barrera believes himself to be Sai Baba, in order to humiliate his patients in this way. I remembered that I had gone to that same place 20 years ago and it is incredibly worse!

8 hours for a certificate! , lack of respect on the part of Dr. Barrera, he was a barrier all day ❌0️⃣empathy, mistreatment and abandonment of a patient with severe post-fracture low back pain, I told him that he lacked a vocation, he yelled at us and closed the door in our faces. He is used to having 12🕛 people in the public sector waiting to see him, also in the private sector $4,000 a consultation, he does not receive pami. The uselessness made person in terms of the secretaries who do not answer the phone even once, a shift system, a shame on the CIOT dinosaurs. Mainly that among all the shortcomings that the place has, not enabled for people with motor disabilities, do not even think about bringing someone with a wheelchair, the place has the steepest ramp in the world and they will not stop until an accident and 📢 I warn you in that place the attention is lousy and very slow. ⌛⏳⚰️🪦 how many trained people want to work and we have these incapable people behind the counters, always the same story. They take advantage of people's pain. I don't plan to go back.

Appalling! The receptionists...very little empathy with the people who attend for a problem...in my case, who traveled 120 km, they told me that I had to be there at 2:00 p.m. and they began to write down...I arrived and there was no room... .there I found out from one of them that Dr. Barrier only attends to a quota of 20 people...I told him because they had not informed me when I called by phone...this information...so important...that is how I organized myself to be 1 or 2 hours before .... he just told me ... ahh I didn't tell you ... that's strange ... after ... after my insistence he reluctantly told me ... talk to the doctor ... he he gives us that order...arm me with patience...wait for the moment when I can talk to Dr when I will open the door...he told me ok stay until the last one and I'll see if I can...ok I told him I went to tell him to the secretary...the one who m3 said curtly...the doctor just called me so don't write down anyone else...(I mean, the doctor in front of you, people tell you yes...then he calls the secretary and tells him to tell you NO...). I tried to explain that I had spoken with Dr... but it was useless. ..I ASK...WHY ..DON'T THEY WRITE DOWN...?.that they give you a shift...for whatever.month or day...you get organized and travel...! Bad bad bad ... terrible attention ... CIOT .. SHAME ...

Obviously the "system" of shifts that they have is made to filter patients, you can only get it if you go in the morning before they open at 8 in person, if you go on a Monday they tell you that that day they only give shifts from 2:00 p.m. also a little earlier because "there are a lot of people and they run out quickly", it seems ironic since most of the people who need a turn obviously have limited motor skills. A shame, I hope that one day they will wake up and change their failing system, I don't know if it is due to the center itself or to the celebrity complex that the doctors have but they are losing patients, I don't really know if they care but I don't plan on going back.
