I am not completely surprised by the lack of education of those who serve the consumer, in an arbitrary and violent way they refuse to provide the requested information when they are obliged by the consumer defense law to provide clear and detailed information, in my case being client refuse to send me the requested information by mail, absolutely necessary to make payments, let alone the details of interest and debts. The striking thing is that it is not just one person but several, that even when they no longer have answers they rudely cut off communication, obviously it is the way of treating the client that characterizes the company, a real shame! The pockets have been filled with 2 hands since the pandemic began, the fees of the savings plans continue to increase, between 2 thousand to 3 thousand pesos every month without any control!

  SCAM - DO NOT HIRE My husband got into the savings plan a year ago, they never sent him the physical contract because it was a "pandemic" so they sent him some "clauses" that apply to all contracts according to them. At 35 installments he was going to be able to get the car out. We put 350 thousand pesos of one in December approximately, apart from the installments that we had been paying month after month. With that investment we managed to reach 35 installments, when we wanted to get the car they told us that this "benefit" had expired!? They told us that we were only going to be able to get the car out by tender. Following me, we wanted to participate in the bidding and they did not let us due to "lack of funds". Fed up with so many laps we decided to cancel it by means of a document letter. They told us that they were going to return the money to us, we gave them the CBU and the last answer was that they were going to give it to us when the plan ends (that is, in the year 2030!?) And they mentioned clauses that we had never read in everything that they sent us They took advantage of the health emergency and act maliciously, DO NOT CONTRACT ANY PLAN.

  Not recommendable. I bought a savings plan for a citroen cactus, I've been trying to get the car for 3 months: first my plan had no funds, and now that it has funds there is ONLY one PERSON who is in charge of the awards: estefania. From the 1st to the 10th of the month, they "kick me" telling me that she's sick (eye, they give me her cell phone, obviously she doesn't answer, because she's sick!!!!!!), that they don't have a system, that she's busy. I really feel cheated by the dealer and by the citroen circle that also wash their hands, because it is Toulon who has to provide me with the data. If you are in doubt DO NOT BUY FROM CITROEN INVESTORS CIRCLE
