  Una lastima que las secretarias sean tan inoperantes porque el personal medico es excelente. Perdi un turno proque se olvideo de anunciarme, no me quiso cambiar el turno y dijo que era mi culpa por no haberla hecho acordar. Realmente se pasa un mal momento

  Terrible experience. 5 hours to be attended to a disaster. And it's not the first time. Insufficient staff. And they don't give you a bill. charge in black

  A disaster this clinic, they should be ashamed of having SUCH BAD health care, they treat you like objects, it seems that they are not even interested in the patient's pain. In my case, the gynecologist treated me very badly, a lot of arrogance, very little empathy, it made me want to cry because of how badly she treated me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this awful clinic at all.

  The attention is not very good. Terrible service in terms of shifts, they never answer your messages. They don't give you a ball. They have default messages. I've been trying to get a shift for two weeks and they don't respond at all. Nobody takes charge. It sucks, if I could give it a zero I would

  The truth is that this clinic has lost its prestige, today I went to the guard to attend to my baby, waiting 2 hours and there were people who were there 3 and a half hours ago, without being so many people. You look for an answer and at the reception they attend you with arrogance as if they don't care about the matter. Not to mention the guards who are at the entrance. I asked for my money and left. I hope that the directors take action on the matter.
