  Lousy. For more than 50 minutes they had me thrown outside, on the sidewalk in the open like a dog, waiting to be attended by guard with a fever of almost 39º. I left without being attended to because when I asked in admission if they were going to take much longer, they answered yes, making me feel that I am not a human being. The truth is that paying to go to this lousy clinic is no guarantee that what they provide is better than public health. Going to this place is really a waste of time and a bummer.

  Terrible attention from one of the secretary who was attending on 09/24!! She is arrogant and disrespectful!

  It is a very well-kept place, with several professionals working in the place, the quality of the nurses is excellent. They also have to do various studies and diagnoses. The location is great being downtown, the only thing is parking.

  I want to record the excellent care that my mother received on Saturday, August 18, when she entered for emergencies and later in hospital, and I must especially thank the receptionist on Sunday for diligently looking for a gold chain that had been removed from my mother On the occasion of an X-ray on Saturday. In a short time after the telephone claim, she returned to communicate to inform that UE was available to withdraw her. All the grateful family.

  Very good and quick attention in the on-call service on a Saturday afternoon by the receptionist, nurse and Dra. Pozzolo.
