  Very bad predisposition and building conditions towards patients, Neo's Moms and Dads. You don't have a place for Neo's parents where you can be supporting your baby and be by his side every time you need a single elevator to access the sector from the parking lot where the entrance is not finished and as such no signs of Emergency exit. And if I continue there are many more things. That only the one who is here every day sees it. We are clients more than patients, Neo's father had to sleep on the floor taking care of his wife and baby. And not to mention the conditions that employees have to go through, a single nurse to attend and care for babies, even a doctor was robbed of his job. Private security I think they don't know her. And there are much more things. I don't see the emergency exit signs

  The truth is that my experience has been terrible. The mistreatment they carry out towards women after having their baby by caesarean section is horrible. I had my daughter in neo for several days (I have to highlight the work of the nurses, who were excellent, and the doctors in the sector), but the rest of the staff is a disaster. It is unfortunate that the director of the clinic does not have the guts to impose authority, since the staff does what they want within the establishment. The comfort of the clinic is terrible (as a mother who had just given birth had nowhere to drink tea or eat something, when they demanded that I breastfeed my baby for as long as possible) they do not believe that it is very contradictory to ask a mother who breastfeeds her baby on demand, when they do not provide a comfortable chair, does not have a bathroom nearby to go to (knowing how the body is mistreated after a cesarean section) or does not have a place to have breakfast/snack adequately to generate milk ???... I insist that it is a clinic that is not prepared to adequately treat women who have recently given birth, they mistreat (punished by law) their bodies....
