  I hereby submit a claim for a shift that I had yesterday, May 6, 2022, with Dr. Arenas from the medical clinic service. I took the turn down the page and all good. When I arrived yesterday to attend to me, they told me that this doctor does not receive social work, since the page had given me the appointment without any problem. They did not want to serve me and changed my shift. On top of that, the turn was for more than 15 days later. A disappointment. Bad service. I will write this experience everywhere I can so people know.

  Dr. Ciocca was recommended by a friend, but proved to be absolutely useless. He saw me for literally 5 minutes, ordered an endless series of tests that had no rhyme or reason, scheduled my next appointment BEFORE the test results would be ready, is not available over the phone to even ask what the *** is going on. Mind you, I'm paying out of pocket, and am already out $150USD with no useful information whatsoever. Avoid this place if you know what's good for you!

  I will write in English as it’s the only way that this hospital seems to reply reviews. I was visiting Mendoza town from Lavalle town, closer to La Pega, I’d say. I started feeling under the weather, so I visited this hospital. As I arrived at the waiting room and it was total chaos. There was only one person attending 50 ppl, kids crying, ppl fighting for their admission number. I spent 40 minutes waiting to receive an admission number, another hour and 20 minutes to get to a doctor. While I was explaining the doctor my symtoms, he was definitely falling asleep !!! According to the front door guard, this doctor has spent 36 hours without sleep !!!! This hospital really needs to hire additional staff.

  I was visiting Mendoza as a tourist and had to make an emergency trip to Clinica de Cuyo. The staff was incredibly professional and responsive. The doctor who saw me was great. She correctly diagnosed and addressed my medical issue. When I came back from vacation I was told that her treatment saved me from a lot of future issues. I am incredibly appreciative.
