  Dr. Sanchez is the third time she has changed my shift. He made me buy some drops to put on my daughter and it's been 2 months now that "an inconvenience arises" and it doesn't work, so they cancel me and reschedule for a month later!!! A shame

  Lousy professionals. Dr. Claudia Castro treated me briefly and prescribed glasses. Which I ordered and when I tried them the graduation in the recipe was WRONG. I called again raising my problem to request an appointment with her and they told me that she was not attending, for which I had to PAY AGAIN for Dr. Cervini to attend me, who completely ignored the situation when I told him that I already I had paid for those glasses. He gave me "discounts" for my social work, which were left to me at the same price that they gave me privately. A SHAME THAT THEY DON'T TAKE CHARGE OF THE ERRORS THEY MAKE AS PROFESSIONALS. I have the glasses for decoration, saved since January because I still haven't finished paying what they came out and I can't spend the difference I have to pay for the mistake THEY made. A lack of respect for the patient, unprofessional and not very empathic with the situation of each one. To this day I still have a headache and I can't do my jobs effectively because I constantly suffer from the pain. For me it is a great frustration to have raised the money to take care of my health and that they have underestimated me in such a way. They should remove the registration from Dr. Castro, who from what I see, is not the only life that she harmed. Do not attend here, greetings.
