  I attended on Friday 8/12/22 with my son, both for fractures, the Traumatologist doctor arrived super confused (they expected him around 3 o'clock) treating everyone contemptuously since according to him the people of Buenos Aires arrived and we believe that they have to treat us in the Moment. He didn't want to see trauma patients. He put two tapes on my finger, no I look at my son's license plate and we I send to Buenos Aires and let us be seen here. To be attended to, you have to go through the administration a thousand times and they ask you what Same every time. Incredible that this is the best option that gives osde to be treated, it is supposed that in a place of season of Sky the Trauma problems are at the Order of the day. This clinic is not up to par. I will make the complaint to osde, especially the doctor who was very rude and had little empathy with all of us who were there.

  The laboratory ones are inoperative. You go with an urgent order and they make you wait for your number to arrive, when there are people who are ahead of you who are just going to make an appointment, and if you have a doctor's order that says URGENT it's because that's the way it is and the patient it's going bad

  I have been attending this clinic for years and have never had a bad experience. I was always able to solve my problems in the hands of the professionals of the health team. It should be noted that the guys at the entrance and laboratory desk are excellent, attentive, and friendly. In addition, it is a place where they are always cleaning and disinfecting during the day. To improve: On-call care, sometimes there is a lot of demand and only one clinician attending, which leads to a long time, hours waiting!

  The worst experience ever. After being told to show up at 4pm because nobody is in the office before said time. So I showed up at 3:45 to be sure and being told that it’s too late for the test. Was about PCR test and cost me $21.500,- because of their incompetence!!! Please find a different place to trust and do business with.
