  This place is unfortunate, from the receptionists who are endorsed by the institution to completely ignore patients and families to the professionals themselves who are pathetic. As it must be to have the misfortune of admitting a family member for admission to the clinic they have in Berazategui, behind closed doors and without witnesses...luckily the mental health law advances so that uncontrolled and endless hospitalizations reach its end. There is impunity and that is the issue.

  Hours for them to answer the phone, I go personally and witness how they let it ring without flinching. My mother has waited up to 4 hours having progressive, degenerative and irreversible dementia, however when we arrived 7 minutes late they did not attend her. Much luxury in vain, it seems that they detest our older adults. Scoundrels!!!!

  Lately the secretaries and/or receptionists treat you very badly, besides, you call to make an inquiry or ask for an appointment and they attend to you and hang up, it makes me think that they don't want to work...

  A disaster! My father is attended by Dr. Acosta Carolina and she has to call him to prescribe psychiatric medicine and she hasn't called him for two months!!! We claimed the call and the secretaries indicated that they had made a mistake and had called another person with the same last name, so they gave us another shift for the following week and they did not call us either, a shame, after a week trying to communicate. by phone, we presented the claim and the secretaries, who are a disaster, told us that the doctor had called all the patients, but that did not happen!! A shame, that clinic is disgusting!!!! Zero accompaniment to patients, mistreatment when you go to get a prescription, they make you wait under the rain, and they are elderly people. Terrible and terrible at the same time.
