  Simply disastrous,... luckily not all employees (administrative staff, nurses, stretcher bearers) provide poor care, some have humanity and empathy... but others better not cross paths with them, bad treatment, bad character, bad answers They don't take care of you, they leave you waiting for something you have requested for a hospitalized patient, either in the ICU or in a common room, they charge you $65,000 per day in the ICU and $30,000 per day in a common room, you have to take almost everything, they even charge $300 for the TV per day...a business for them...more or less like car insurance or social work...COLLECT AND NOT PAY, that's their business and...the patient... Let it be fixed... the doctors, well, that would just be missing to be complete... I don't know if the word is DISASTEROUS, but what I do know is that I can't find the exact word to define them...

  I took an appointment with the pediatrician for my daughter in which they called me the same day to advance the appointment in which I could not, that is why I had taken this appointment with more than 15 days and they canceled it anyway! I made an appointment for the traumatologist for my daughter more than 20 days before, in which they canceled it again because the traumatologist decided to take a vacation. I ask how they give turns to the people who organize themselves for that day and they don't give a damn about my daughter's health as they make decisions about my daughter's life.   A disaster. I went with dizziness and cervical pain, I was treated by the doctor Rebollo Sacedo Alan, national registration number 182316, who could not tell me what I had, did not order me to do any analysis and prescribed me, without any explanation, two medications for nausea and paracetamol . A disaster as a doctor. A disaster the whole clinic.

  I think when it comes to a place where you treat patients, you have to deal with everyone. People lack patience and in certain cases, education. I have my mother hospitalized. I see it when I'm in the hall. The nurses and nurses are very attentive. The reception works very well. I don't understand how they get to consultations and visits and don't wear masks or use alcohol.

  A clinic with little empathy towards the family member who has a hospitalized patient. The parts are never given on time. They make an appointment at 11:00 a.m. and the doctor comes down between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. (All days the same). Relatives enter to receive the report with Covid and the clinic, knowing this, does not remove them from the establishment to care for the staff or relatives of patients. I do not recommend it at all.
