    I do not recommend it, bad attention they charge you up to the card summary if you ask for it at the cashier. The applications do not work, you cannot download the summary, you cannot see the balance or available. You cannot pay the card from the application. A disaster!!!

    Today I wanted to deposit $100 into my account in $20 bills. The bills were in good condition with no stains, marks or cuts (according to the cashier they were a little worn). He looked at them three times from both sides. I was not allowed to speak to a business officer. I wonder if they are not interested in doing trades why do they offer them? They say they are at the customer's service, flooding them with advertisements for services that nobody is interested in, but when it comes to serving them, they give up that space to a computer. I am retired and I had to be attended by an officer without prior shift. Finally, let us remember from the point of view of financial business, those that are left over are the banks, not the clients.

    A disaster. Only 1 cashier and 1 box working with customers present. Third time that I go to the bank to see how to pay my card since they changed the number and I cannot physically have it. Are they going to pay me for the time and gasoline for all the times I went to claim?

    They have good attention, they don't take long to attend, the bad thing is that they don't consider retirees, my friend had a card that didn't charge her renewal and by bank policy now she has to pay it and you can't give more things for being retired.

    The attention is good no matter what account you have. An executive approached the car to make my mother with reduced mobility sign some papers, the person (a young man) was very polite, respectful and understanding of the situation. I recommend it because they take little time to serve you and they never have problems. They never have problems to expand limits.
