  Lately very bad attention by the receptionist who does not respect the shifts and plays with the times of the people who are clients. That we have work, responsibilities and we have shifts and he never respects them, there is no access to talk to professionals and one has to give up orthodontic treatment and others due to lack of responsibility and lack of respect for the people we take shifts with a month or weeks in advance.
