  I was treated by Dr. Pellerano, I arrived at the office with orthodontic treatment well underway, it was an easy case, after 2 years, only details remained... She agreed to continue it to end it. He told me that in 8 months he would take them out. It took almost 2 years!!! and many times when I asked him for explanations he would get upset and raise his voice at me. She ended up taking them out of me because she said that she couldn't do anything else, and that I should go to another place if I wasn't satisfied, because for her they were perfect. But I noticed that there was a pallet that had moved a little lower after a rebracketing that had to be done. The point is that within hours of removing the orthodontics, I had a diastema in the palettes, a problem that I never had. I use the retainers daily, but always within hours of removing them, the palette reopens. Surely he had no bad intention, but he was useless, he ended up scamming me because I had to pay much more than we had agreed and he disrespected me by yelling at me, there were no patients, and the secretary was his mother. It was a horrible experience, that's why I take the time to let you know.
