  It's a shame a month ago they gave my mom an appointment and today she arrives and they tell her that they can't attend to her because the doctor is not attending for pami, they should have called the people who already had an appointment and told them at least for the older people with this day a whole disorder not to mention that he cannot show the doctor the study that I requested if they are going to provide more services that is for the good and respectful to the patients and they also asked for the referral of the family doctor when they requested an appointment they never informed him of the requirement

  The attention is very good, from the security, the reception girls and the doctors... but since they give the shifts by Whatsapp they no longer answer the telephone line (3 weeks ago I have been calling at different times) in my personal case it is much more comfortable to take the shifts online or by phone, they should review that... Thanks.
