  1 star for the pediatrics part. Zero humanity with children. They don't even attend to them (literally). They look at them and they already know what they have. The excellent guard of adults... super loving all the doctors and doctors.

  Pediatric professional: NORMA ISABEL VALDEZ. PM:4868. Terrible service and care with children, but being from your professional branch you should have more tact with patients. He claims erroneous medication by professionals from the birth of my daughter to the present. Zero cordiality and respect towards parents. It has no regard for the condition of the patient or the parents. In administration they did not want to give me a pen to make the corresponding complaint. The security guard was talking to the cleaning staff without having respect for the patients to the laughter and even stated that the pens were only for congratulations and not for complaints. I had to go out and buy a pen. Lousy service from the state, from professionals who should set an example of Service, Love and Vocation to their work.
