  They are terrifying, they have to give me a return package from MercadoLibre, and according to the follow-up they came twice, they did not leave notes or call by phone, as other mail delivery systems do. Etc. On top of that they don't do it for free, well they charge shipping and they are not able to make a phone call when they are at the door.

  BAD! Impossible to communicate by any means. We clarified that the doorbell of the building was not working so that they could communicate on the cell phone and they went by 3 times and they said that they could not deliver it. We were always in the department but they NEVER called us. They do not respond on Instagram, or by mail, or by phone. They are fourth.

  I went because they told me that they went to my home 3 times to leave the mail but I have cameras and those days and hours they were not there. The attention in the place is good.

  Tenían, según correo recibido, que hacerme una entrega hoy entre las 09.00 y las 18.00. Los espere atento, y no vino nadie a mi domicilio. a las 14.30 recibí un nuevo correo diciendo que no fueron atendidos. MENTIRA!!!!!! Estuve todo el tiempo muy atento. Nadie se presento.!!!! no es la primera vez que lo Hacen.
