  Very poor customer service. Slowness, lack of commitment and responsibility. One of the worst branches I know next to Correo Argentino.

  A disaster!!! 3 times they put that there was no one in the dome and in reality they never showed up to make the delivery. They do not have a telephone to communicate and inquire about the package in question. The only phone they have is an automated system that repeats information from the web. A shame!!!

  They are fourth. We made a shipment to an elderly person who is in Virrey del Pino and they have the courage to say that they went and did not find the address when both Frávega and Mercado Libre always go and arrive without problems. We paid for a service that they did not fulfill. Total disaster.

  A disaster. I've been seeing for days that they are going to visit my home and they never come. You call and the number is never available. They never delivered an order ... I always ended up withdrawing from the branch since they are very irresponsible when it comes to delivering.

  Disaster. Shameful the service they say they deliver to your home and things never arrive. When you complain, they tell you that they can't do anything. That they have already delivered you and that you claim to your sender that they are not at fault. Forgiveness? The disastrous ones are you who throw shipments anywhere and say they go to your home. Therefore, we had to have my husband's card blocked because he knows who or where it was delivered. Shame, zero responsibility, not at all recommended ...
