  Terrible attention, it's been two times that I get broken orders, what do they do? They jump on top of packages? On top of that, they are there messing around and they don't attend to you and when they finally do, they talk to you badly, they rewrite your ID, you say thank you and they don't answer you. To work there they must ask you as a requirement to be terrible ortive and rude.

  Lack of staff. It cannot be that there are 3 people at the window looking at the monitor, coming and going, grabbing packages and what do I know ... and no one attends. Yesterday I was alone and I waited 10 'at the door! if it were like in 2020 with half a block of queue it would be 4 hours then! terrible service.
