  There is only one window enabled so there are long queues. Lack of graphic information, signage and billboards. The client, after 20 minutes in line, finds out when he arrives at the window that the parcels are withdrawn elsewhere, another queue. I don't know, they respect the schedules; On the official site there is a schedule (8 to 13 and 16 to 19) but in reality they are open from 8 to 15... Internet only has value if it is reliable. All this in just two assists, poor people who require it more often.
