He gave me this answer on several occasions, even when another employee assured "if there is" to what he answers are for document letters!!! Bad attention, bad treatment and it doesn't solve anything it just complicates! I went to the Villa Allende branch where they treated me politely and received the order. I put my claim in writing. I hope they fix this!!! Change your employee and improve the service!
