They attended me quickly, and the attention was very kind, without complaints the truth

A complete disaster. Terrible attention, computer management of the worst quality. Excessive time for any procedure. All wrong

Slow and inefficient entry system. There is no signaling indicating what each queue is for. Overwhelming slowness to be served. Very bad disposition of the staff that attends the boxes, they have zero training in customer service, they serve with a very bad face. I recommend NOT GOING TO THIS BRANCH on Córdoba Street. Go to the one on Av. Roca which has few people and they serve you well. The only presentable and beautiful thing is the historic building in which it is located.

A disaster. Scammers. They made me pay to send a simple letter as if it were a package and they didn't give me any option. You wait an hour and on top of that they rob you. It's a shame that something like this exists. If you go, bring a price list of services. I'm going to report them to consumer law.

Very bad service. They never answer the phone at the Yerba Buena branch, at Casa Central de Tucuman or in Buenos Aires. They have no clue of what they receive, or what they have to deliver, or when it will arrive. It is unfortunate that the service is fourth but not surprising in a country (there are some very few exceptions) and, above all, in a province where public services are generally less than fourth. Tucuman has long been an embarrassment in everything. And I see that there are opinions of the same time ago. Nothing changed. What, no one cares? WHO IS RESPONSIBLE!!??? Outrageous and sad.
