  Once one arrives at the branch, they inform that parcel delivery is until 5:00 p.m. There is no sign that warns you so, it is going to the branch that closes at 6:00 p.m. and wasting time, with the truck loading at the door. In every line, there is always a person in charge, supervisor or higher ranks. In this case, he didn't even want to give me his name to make the corresponding claim for his poor care. Claiming that he did not know my intentions... when my complaint was more than clear. What other intention can I have other than to make my disagreement against this person and the other "NN" employee next to him... in short, hypocrisy.
