::I had to receive a package from Buenos Aires, from the branch they informed the supplier that they came to my home and could not deliver it because there was no one there (all lies), in fact they did not even leave a record of the visit. I went to the branch because the hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. there were people waiting outside and they never attended us, I made my discharge in supervision (they stated that the branch should be open accordingly). I hope they sanction the person in charge of this branch, shame on others!
