::We pay so that the package arrives at the address but when you enter the tracking they put an attempt at delivery and they never go to the address. You pay for something they never do. The vividness is very annoying.

::the worst delivery service. Deliveries completely out of schedule, illogical delays. There is no sense or justification for the lousy job they "do". Everybody complains about the same thing.

::They always have a problem delivering packages on time, they are always very busy and when you look inside they are drinking mate. When they have to take you home, you figure that they have already gone and never passed, monitoring by cameras 24 hours a day and 5 times they told me the same thing but you never see a postman or knock on the door in the recordings. APPALLING!!!

::The worst in parcels. They bring you home outside of business hours. Terrible attention. You bring a parcel and you have to queue for 2 hours because there are different queues with the social plans. They don't give you the complaint book. They force you to have the packages in wooden paper.
