  Terrible attention from the staff. Both from the lady in charge of the branch (who denied me being one) as well as from the customer service employees (especially Ariel). No one takes responsibility for the ineffectiveness. Without people in front of me, they spend their time talking about personal things during working hours and they don't answer. They made us wait half an hour for them to finish chatting and I was with an older person. An absolute lack of respect. Zero recommended. Luckily we closed the account. Any bank is better except this one, especially the Lanús Este branch.

  Terrible deal. I had a turn and when I arrived there was no one at the door. I play and nothing. I play again and I do not play again and the security guard appears to tell me that once is enough. I must have taken him out of his nap. I was the only one and the clerk at the window sent me to sit down until they called me. I could not do the procedure I needed and the employee tells me what you want me to do. That you do your job which is to serve the public correctly and also that you wear your chinstrap! I guess they feel like they are doing us a favor by serving us
